We LOVE our customers \u2013 and if you\u2019ve been to our sales you\u2019ll know this, Our sale days are high energy and fun! However \u2013 a few things we\u2019ve seen over the years that may be helpful \u2013 and especially helpful at OUR sales. We want your experience to be pleasing \u2013 we can\u2019t please everyone \u2013 however we surely do try.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • ITEMS NOT PRESENT WHEN SALE BEGINS<\/strong>: When we post an ad, you expect items to be there when we open doors first day. HOWEVER \u2013 it\u2019s not OUR stuff! Clients (i.e. owners of said stuff) can remove things throughout the entire sale! It\u2019s part of our business when customers show up and somethings may not be present \u2013 because owners may remove them. WE HAVE NO CONTROL over that. It\u2019s really sucky for us and you \u2013 but it\u2019s beyond our control. Thanks for understanding that.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL<\/strong> \u2013 It\u2019s your responsibility to try out, inspect, look over and item you are buying. Plug it in and look it over.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • USING CREDIT CARD \/ DEBIT CARD: \u2013 ALL SALES ARE FINAL!<\/strong> Purchases are deemed to have accepted the goods and possession thereof upon execution of the credit sales transaction and agree not to cancel a credit sale. Cancellation after a sale subjects purchaser to civil and criminal liability. There are no refunds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • How to pay for your items<\/strong>: We accept CASH \u2013 CHECKS, ( with proper ID \u2013 TN residents only) and PAYPAL or PLASTIC \u2013 debit \/ credit. There\u2019s a 3% additional FEE for credit cards \u2013 you can CHOOSE how you pay \u2013<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • RETURNED CHECK FEE<\/strong>: $30.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Credit Card Fee:<\/strong> Because you can choose \u2018how\u2019 you pay, there\u2019s a 3% fee additional for all credit\/debit. Most estate sale companies charge a fee \u2013 you pay sales tax and credit card fees at retail stores \u2013 we try to keep our costs to a minimum \u2013 you can pay by cash or check, but if there\u2019s a plastic card involved the 3% fee is added on. at the total. Thanks!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • KEEP IT NEAT AND TIDY PLEASE!<\/strong> Please keep the sale tidy \u2013 we do our best \u2013 I know everyone\u2019s in a feeding frenzy at the sale \u2013 but don\u2019t make it harder on us please \u2013 put things back \u2013 don\u2019t discard on the floor. Thanks so much! We love ya\u2019ll!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • KIDS<\/strong> \u2013 We adore the little whippersnappers \u2013 HOWEVER \u2013 They must remain with you by hand at all times. If you break it \u2013 you buy it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • RESPECT ANY TAPED AREAS \/ OBJECTS:<\/strong> Any door taped or MARKED AS DO NOT ENTER is OFF LIMITS. Do not open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • PARKING<\/strong> \u2013 Try to park on the same side of the street as the home \u2013 unless given other instructions \u2013 No blocking driveways or mailboxes \u2013 Emergency vehicles MUST be able to pass along the street or you will get ticketed! So please even if you have to walk \u2013 don\u2019t get a ticket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • LOADING<\/strong> \u2013 Driveway is for LOADING ONLY. Do not BLOCK driveway where the estate sale is taking place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If you purchase something, you MUST pick it up within the days of the sale. If you DECLINE to pick up items, after you have paid we have NOT been able to sell them \u2013 thus they have not SOLD \u2013 this means YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ANY AMOUNTS CHARGED just because you changed your mind. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • WE NEGOTIATE FIRST DAY<\/strong> \u2013 we price things to SELL first day \u2013 thus you\u2019re still getting a really good deal. Our goal is make money for our CLIENTS \u2013 But also getting a good deal to our customers. It\u2019s a balancing act \u2013 and we\u2019re pretty darn good at it. I feel it\u2019s a waste of your time as a customer to say \u2018come back last day\u2019 if you are there we\u2019ll try to work with you. My time is precious just as yours is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • How to SHOP at our sales<\/strong> \u2013 ALL LARGE items and small items of monetary value are priced. All other smalls not priced, make a stack\/group of items, and we\u2019ll price by site\/bulk at the check out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • SUGGESTIONS??<\/strong> If you have any suggestions \u2013 or comments or heck even a complaint \u2013 please email us We love this business \u2013 and trying to make it the better experience is an ongoing art form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • ENJOY! <\/strong>Most import of all \u2013 ENJOY the sale \u2013 So come \u2013 enjoy \u2013 meander \u2013 dance a bit \u2013 shop a bunch \u2013 and find a treasure or two.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

          • MOVING FURNITURE:<\/strong> We cannot per insurance HELP YOU MOVE FURNITURE! You must have someone in place to help you, or we can give you a list of moving companies we work with to help you move your items. You must be VERY CAREFUL in moving your items \u2013 if you damage the home while doing this for whatever reason \u2013 you\u2019re responsible for repairs.
